Poor product
No over temperature protection in this day and age. my daughter scaled herself. the shower has NO over temperature protection. Neither do most of the other Mira products. don't waste your money.

Great brand, great back up and great service!
We purchased this product from B and Q to fit in our refitted bathroom and were pleased with the fit and looks of the product but we're disappointed with its performance. We consulted a plumber who checked the installation had been completed properly and it had. So we contacted Mira customer services who arranged an engineer to visit within 48 hours who quickly diagnosed an assembly problem on the dial that controls the low economic high settings. The engineer organised a replacement front cover assembly which he returned with two days later to rectify the problem. The shower now performs brilliantly. Well done Mira. Word of warning to future purchasers of this product check on the box end for batch manufacture on the red panel in black type if it is JO2Ac 27 44/14 insist on the product being checked before you buy or refuse that particular one. Mira have been exceptional in sorting our problem. But I have suggested that this problem be advised to B and Q and any remaining stock be checked in case of the same problem. With modern assembly line methods I just don't believe we could be the only family in the country unlucky to have one part of an excellent product used in its manufacture.
