Very poor
Bought this product a month ago very unhappy , said in the description that its suitable for high water pressure , unfortunately it isn't , we have to get another set of tap to do the job , plumber wasn't happy that it wasnt working and it should be . bought a reduce pressure valve witch didn't work either with this set of taps .... Please avoid !!

Simple to install.
Assuming you have all the correct tools this is a doddle to install. Have no plumbing experience and found this easy, the only difficultly was access to remove and install but that I imagine is standard installing this kind of product. For £43 it was the cheapest, I'm not sure what different you will get for more expensive models? Maybe hose and shower head? They can be replaced another time anyway.

Good value
Some more info on functions would be welcome i.e. to achieve a good flow you need to know how to remove the mesh filter in the outlet . The shower head does not appear to dismantle to remove scale.

Easy to fit, easy to use
I ordered this because the original fitting I had purchased didn't fit my quick fit water inlets, this one did. It took a few attempts to get used to the fine control on this type of tap but now we can all use it without any too hot/cold issues. My only gripe would be that it comes with a fixed mount for the shower head rather than a rail but the fixed mount was sturdy enough and I later bought a rail seperately and fitted the head to that

Pretty good for entry level
Bought to replace a mixer that was leaking around the hose outlet and dropping pressure. This fitted neatly into the existing connections. My only bugbear is that, because the taps go from closed to open in a quarter turn, it's a bit fiddly to balance hot and cold on a low pressure system

The second rubber washer...
The second rubber washer is for the bath end of the shower hose, it mentions it in the written instructions (at the end) but not in the diagram, failure to use it will result in water coming up at the side of the hose between the taps. Great value and easy fitting if you already have 18cm gapped intlets, otherwise a blank would have to be used.
