Worst thing I have bought for a very long time.
I'm taking time out of my day just to let everyone know what an awful tap this is. Nightmare to fit. Inconsistent pressure and temperature distribution. Most importantly, it started dripping/leaking within 3 weeks of installation. Unfortunately I can't return it because I had to trim the bolt to make it fit onto my basin so as far as I'm concerned I may as well have thrown £46 in the bin. Complete waste of time.

Needs replacing again
Have had this a while, but like other reviewers I appear to be rationed on the cold water side. Now looking for a replacement but it won't be another of this type. Shame because it looked lovely in my bathroom.

Replacementer tap
After two very modern taps gave up the ghost decided to buy more traditional type. Much better though more fiddly to clean

Its not a tap its a cold water rationing system.
like many others my tap has stopped working. It seems to be rationing cold water. some days it allows us a trickle. some days we get full force, some days we get none. Most recently its decided not to ration water at all but go into full cold water drought mode. does it need replacing-yes will i buy the same tap again - No

Stopped working
Fine for a year or so but now one tap seizes up every few weeks. Need to turn off water, remove head, release water from inside the centre spindle and reassemble. Then it's fine again. As already reviewed, this is clearly a faulty design. Wish I'd read the reviews before buying.

Avoid, this is clearly a faulty product
Like the other reviews i've had this tap for a few years, the cold then started playing up, reduced to a trickle then burst back into life, then died again and now won't work at all, Judging from the other responses this is clearly a common and ongoing problem with this tap which is clearly faulty, My question would be why do B & Q continue to stock this tap when they know its faulty?, it might look good and work well for a while but it will let you down. Avoid

Looks great, but taps keep sticking
I had both my en-suite and bathroom fitted by B&Q 3 years ago and we chose these taps for both rooms. B&Q did a great job fitting however they have been badly let down by this product. One tap has already been replaced as the cold stuck completely. Now the other tap has the same problem. B&Q are coming to replace both taps.

Poor performance
I bought this mixer tap approximately 3 to 4 years ago. Worked fine until about 3 months ago when the hot water valve began to sieze up. A bit of tap-wiggling would let some water out but not enough. After another few weeks the valve seized up altogether. I wish I had read reviews before I bought it as I wouldn't have chosen this particular tap. I am now shopping around for a replacement and this time I am checking out all the reviews which vary greatly on each different website, so will it be pot-luck again I wonder?

Okay once installed !
This tap was a swine to fit, the screw at the base of the unit prevented the pop up rod working , the whole unit had to be undone, the screw sawn down to size , and then replaced, about an hour of extra work!!
