Poor life expectancy
Bought in 2017 used lightly for nearly 3 years...trigger burnt out..conveniently just after the 3 year warranty.

Good value
I bought this as a replacement for my old Worx drill which had very similar features, had done a lot of work and generally served me well. It turned out that this is an upgrade to my old drill. I'm very happy with it as it has done all that I ask of it. The only criticism is that the case is, to say the least, snug, whereas the old case had room for a few drill bits, etc. Unfortunately, although the new drill fits in the old case, the batteries do not. Never mind, can't have everything. I would recommend this drill to anyone.

A very pleasant surprise
Great screwdriver \ drill. Strong and small. Not super lightweight, but OK weight. Bought this one based on good experience with their mini circular saw, and I'm quite pleasantly surprised how high quality it feels. Time will tell the rest.
