Smartseal porcelain sealer is an advanced, breathable, ultra-durable protective coating for internal & external porcelain & ceramic tiles on patios, walls & floors. The ready to use, quick-drying and easy to apply formulation protects against oil and water-based stains whilst enhancing the finish, leaving an easy to clean surface. After application, it leaves a subtle wet look sheen on the surface which can greatly enhance the look and appearance of the porcelain tiling on a floor, wall or patio. It can be used inside and outside the home and provides ultra-strength sealing for long term protection.
This formulation is strictly a single coat application, because it is a high active micro coating that bonds very strongly to the impervious porcelain. It is not a cosmetic product. Although it does make the treated surfaces look more attractive, its main purpose is to aid easier cleaning and maintenance.
Average coverage 10-20m² per litre. Coverage will vary depending on surface texture and porosity.
If using externally, do not apply if rain is forecast within 8 hours.
