Perfect for the job
Perfect for the job but staff awareness was poor. Was told you had none in stock and try Halfords. We found it on the shelf!

Good cable
This is as good as it needs to be. At 8mm thick, it will easily be cut by a determined thief, however, it will slow them down and they will likely cause damage to whatever it's attached to (my motorbike).The 1.5m length is a good size and can easily wrap round my bike and a lampost. I don't want it too long as I don't want to make a thiefs job any easier than it is.

I does the job
I got this lock to use on my bike for when I leave it somewhere other than home. It seems quite strong and durable, also there is some great length to it so it covers more ground. There is a good coating on it so doesn't scratch my bike

Solid and strong
I bought the Smith & Locke steel security cable a few weeks ago to use for my bike lock. The thick reinforced cable is very solid and is protected by plastic so does not damage the bike. Feels like a sturdy and solid item. Would recommend!

Fab lock
Got this lock for a security on a shed it’s great it has a good length and fits really well! It doesn’t look like anyone could cut it as it is thick and looks like it will provide good security and I would definitely recommend

This is one tough cable !
This braided steel security cable is perfect at 1.5m x 8mm , with its endless uses you can well assured it will keep your items safe . I got a smith and locke padlock to help secure both ends it really gives me peace of mind when locking my things up. I used mine for our side gate which is large and wide but has alot of heavy foot traffic behind it so I wanted something that would look and deliver a deterence factor and I'm pretty sure it does just that ! You can see it's high quality and made to last with its weatherproof protection over the cable . It feels super strong and at such a great length its a great addition to my security setup. Delighted with this but I'm guessing time will be the true test for this security cable. I would 100% recommend this product and brand to friends and family .

We used this cable to secure my sons bike when riding it to school, it was safe and secure and easy to use. Just needed to add a lock which we had at home. Excellent Cable
This cable is very sturdy and versatile. We have used this steel security cable when locking up my sons bicycle at school which has kept it secure. Easy to use! The braided steel cable is one of the best I’ve used and definitely recommend.

Ok
I got this a few weeks ago and tbh wasn’t that impressed same as every other one we have got does the job but not as strong as I was hoping for. It will do for a cycle bike but I wouldn’t lock a shed with it just incase they cut through it

Excellent quality
We needed a strong braided steel cable to lock my sons bike up at school and this has done the job. Excellent quality and it's also flexible so really easy to secure the bike. I highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing more to use around the home.
