expensive hobby

the bulbs in these lights, i purchased two, have become the bane of my kitchen life. sometimes they last as long as 6 months but mostly blow after 2-6 weeks. having bought them 2 years ago, it's proving very expensive. i have tried different suppliers of bulbs, no improvement at all.
