Faulty on installation
Had bought this product and was pleased with it enough to buy it a 2nd time. Very annoying however to find at the point of installation up the ladder that there was a faulty element and I now need to take it back and source a replacement tomorrow Grrrr

I put this light in my kitchen and it looks really classy, it is the perfect finish - no dislikes.

A bit disapointing.
I bought a pair of these over a year ago for a redecorated kitchen, along with matching 3 light round fitting. The G9 bulbs constantly burn out (made in China) and now the ceramic bulb holder has cracked so one of the four is unusable. There is no stock in local stores so I will probably now have to buy new light fittings for the whole kitchen again. Overal impreesion, they look nice but are cheap and nasty manufacture.

Ceiling rose, very poor fitting support brackets.
Bought this light fitting about this time last year and had it fitted by a qualified electrician, new annex being built. Fixing rose to ceiling very flimsy as already recorded and constantly had to replace the G9 lightbulbs. One lampshade also cracked cannot find receipt to replace item as faulty and not sure if the lampshades are replaceable. Finally took it down and replaced it with a previous light fitting.

So dissapointed
Have just finished installing this light fitment. The overall appearance is very nice however as mentioned by other reviews the centre rose is thin and very, very flimsy it also does not fit flush to the ceiling. It is only held to the mounting bracket by two small screws and rocks so much after fitting you will be concerned that it may fall after adding the extra weight of the glass shades. come on B & Q, an excellent looking light let down by very poor quality materials

A Little Disappointing.
Fitted two of these lights then noticed that one of the ceramic bulb holders was cracked so had to take it all down again and back to the store for replacement. Would agree with other reviews that the roses are flimsy. Not sure how long these will last.

Disappointing
Bought 2 of these plus the 3 spot too, need a mortgage to keep them in G9 bulbs !! Roses did not fit to the ceiling properly and they are very flimsy. Husband urged me not to get them and I should have listened. Have replaced them after less than a year.
