Disappointing quality
The basic structure is OK but the I found the fittings very poor quality. On fitting the hanging rails the bolt and holding plate weren’t strong enough to hold a rail of clothing. The fixing was fiddly, the bolts didn’t seem to be long enough. In the end I drilled through the metal upright and fixed it with a nut & bolt. One of the fixings ( which are hard plastic, not metal) broke,when I complained. I was advised they don’t send out replacements, only full rail kits.I was directed towards another website and advised to purchase the fitting separately- poor customer service. In short improve the product or spend a bit more and get better quality. I would not recommend or buy the product again.
