DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
The company and this product have been absolute disgrace and I would not recommend that anyone buys this product. The toilet was installed for less than 2 months when we woke up to a massive leak in our brand new bathroom. After searching we eventually found the leak coming from the toilet pan and it was coming from inside the cavity where there shouldn't be any water im the first place. It took 2 more months before we recieved a replacement toilet and when we removed the original one we found masses of putty clearly covering up holes that were made in the manufacturing process. You do not expect to find this when buying a brand new product. The company are not interested in the fact that they sold such a faulty product and do not care about their customers at all. This product should never have been sold and is a danger to people and their homes. I don't want this to happen to anyone else so please stay clear!
