Beautiful Product
Amazing product, easy to fit, looks elegant and expensive. Does take a couple of weeks to settle so don’t panic is there is a bit of movement when first laid. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful and wears well
My husband fitted this in two bedrooms over 5 years ago and it still looks amazing. So much so that we now need to try and match it for a third room. It is easy to fit - his words - and this isn’t his job at all (desk job) but you do need a chop saw and time! There shouldn’t be gaps between the planks and no glue is needed. We’ve never had to repair or fix. It’s important it is tight together but I think you leave a small gap around the outside between wall or skirting and the boards. Ours hasn’t moved at all. It wears well, very little and minor damage after all this time and has plenty of traffic including a dog. I give it a quick dust and then a light wash with a damp mop or steamer. It is pricy but so is all decent flooring whether hard floor or carpet and far cheaper than if buying it via a flooring shop. If unsure get a professional to fit it. The colour is lovely and we wanted it dark as we have big window but it is really warm and changes colour in different light and with the sunshine.

Dark wood floor looks.... Great
We laid this in the hall and were happy enough to take up the carpet in the lounge and lay it there as well. Very easy and fast to lay especially over a large floor. I am glad we went for this rather than a more labour intensive system. The dark varnish lets the wood grain come through and the variety of knots and imperfections looks great especially in the sunshine.

Floor good at first but....
I bought this a few years ago and it was very nice when you first install but be aware these have coloured varnish on top and over time it comes off showing bare wood which is much lighter. Got so tatty looking I have just sanded and put a clear seal on the whole floor which was very hard work and expensive.

difficult to lay
This floor looks amazing although that is where the good comments end... The subfloor level tolerance is ridiculous - it says 2mm per 1m distance in the instructions, however it is more like 1mm deviation over whole floor. It cant be glued/nailed. It doesn't clip or lock together in any solid way meaning there's vertical movement at most joints. And that's after levelling the subfloor and overplying with 12mm ply. The packs also contain too many small pieces, and there are plenty of unusable boards that are a couple of mm too wide /narroe. I've spent £3k on this floor to do the whole house, I'm very adept at diy but this is a joke. Considering gluing it all down so it feels like a solid floor. A fitter who came out even suggested the same- going against the instructions. Buy this floor ONLY if you have a brand new COMPLETELY flat & level subfloor to lay it on.

Stunning floor
I had this laid in my bedroom by a professional builder. He did such a great job. We are now going to have it laid throughout the house.
