dont work
two sets delivered now and both do not lock. taken straight from box - broken. a worry the are not tested. a ladder has a simple job

Easy to use and sturdy. Have had previous experience with this make of ladder on daily basis - as a surveyor (now retired) - so for use at home. Great quality.

Amazing Product
Bought this to get into the loft as step ladder just wasn't safe. Ceilings are too high (Over 11 feet!) to get a loft ladder fitted and needed to bring a rigid ladder into the house to get access. This was a two man job via the open windows and some very very careful manoeuvres! Lots of dinks and bashes on the way! Now I just carry the tele steps ladder upstairs, erect it - do the work I need to do and then collapse it and store it in the cupboard. Beautifully engineered and although a bit pricey, its been worth every penny to me

Space saving Ladder
What can I say really, it's a ladder...I can go up it and I can then go down it again...brilliant :) This collapses down and stores away very neatly in my shed, a great purchase although I do think the price tag is bit on the expensive side, but I needed a telescopic ladder and so had no choice really. Very please overall.
