Nice but...
I really liked the finish on this product and thought it would look great against a shiny black door. When we went to collect this item noticed that it was marked - slight scratches and the nickel finish was blemished in parts. On checking the others on the rack they were the same in different areas on the knocker not just on the contact points. As this was while the product was still in the packet I was concerned that this would become worse after a period of use. The guarantee is only for mechanical wear so we decided not to buy the black nickel finish and went for the chrome instead.
