What more could you want
Easy to mix, easy to apply. Follow the instructions and you can't go wrong. But make your trowel is clean

A must have ...
If you're doing any serious DIY work in a 30's house you WILL need this stuff, you've heard the saying: " they don't build em like this anymore " well thank God they don't ! Cement must have been in short supply back in 1936 because they probably built my house with 40 bags of the stuff, good job we don't live in an earthquake zone because my house would have been leveled long ago ! As said previously, this wonder stuff is easy to mix and light to use and when dry sets like bell metal, takes wall plugs and screws with ease when dry.

Good for 1930's brick built house.
I used this on brick and mortar instead of a bonding plaster, it is easy to mix and light to use and it bonded well to the brick surface which i P.V.A.'d immediately before use, finished off with thistle multi-finish to skim walls, excellent result, I take no responsibility for it going wrong for you if you use this instead of a bonding coat, but it worked very well for me.
