The Tile Spacer Punch is a brand new product specifically designed to be used with tile spacers 1mm - 5mm. It is designed to stop wastage of expensive materials and save time, whether you are a trades person or doing a DIY tiling project the Tile Spacer Punch is a tool which will make the tiling process that little bit easier. The Punch is a replacement for "make do" tools currently used for pushing tile spacers into tile joints to ensure they are set at a depth suitable for grouting over. It is also effective for use when tile spacers get jammed in tile joints due to the weight of stacked tiles. Designed with a wedge effect to ensure no chipping occurs to tile edges, a gauge/notch set at 4mm to ensure you push tile spacers to a depth of at least 3mm for the grout to bond properly. Designed as a punch to bang in with force, tile spacers jammed or slightly showing through the grouted surface. Stopping the risk of damaging a tile corner during removal or while using a less suitable hard edged tool for this everyday tiling task. Although plastic in construction it is a robust, quality tool. Shaped like a spacer the punch ensures no twisting of tile spacers in tile joints, creating neater grout lines and making sure no tips of tile spacers will show through the grouted surface. It may also be modified to suit T-shaped spacers by simply grinding down an arm of the Tile Spacer Punch
