It's flex!
I bought two 10m lengths of this flex for use as speaker cables. It's fine. It does the job. It's much cheaper than the "speaker cable" that most places sell, and it's just as good. It's somewhat over-priced (which is why it loses stars), but I didn't want to buy 100m of the stuff when I only needed 16.5m for the hi-fi. I used the rest to replace a damaged flex to a table lamp!
