Really disappointed
I bought this product because it looked like just what I was looking for. Had someone try and install them for me and the first one was difficult and looks unsatisfactory. He said they are really difficult to fit - it took ages. The light doesn't fit to the ceiling properly, it moves about when touched. The second one is worse than the first. It also doesn't fit to the ceiling. It is cockeyed, which you can clearly see. He has been working on both lights for a while trying to get them level and looking ok but nothing has worked. I will approach B&Q about trying to return them for a refund or a credit note but as it is not a 'B&Q' product Im not sure if they will qualify. I wouldn't want anyone else to be disappointed with their purchase - check out the system for fixing and make a decision about quality, as soon as you can.
