Triton chrome shower kit
Biggest problem was getting the 2 plastic ends on the rail to clip in. Again, tried with a lot of effort and using a hammer and screwdriver to get the clip to drop in. Big design flaw. Triton needs to address this issue, seems like a lot of customers including myself have experienced this problem. Other than that, looks great. Will need a 1.5m hose for adult use.

Very modern design
I bought this product to replace my old corroded shower riser, water had got into the lower bracket. Although it was not the same size it was easy to assemble and fit. Looks great and is very good value for money.

1m hose.
Easy enough to fit, fitted to a bath mixer, not a bad fitting. I am 6 foot tall and due to an over sight on my part I ended up useing my old hose, the hose with this kit is rather small. Will not reach from a bath mixer to the head on anyone graduated from nursery school.

Good looking Shower kit but has short hose
Installation of this shower was straight forward, but inserting the plastic covers on the screw mounts was a bit tricky. I had to very gently tap the covers with a hammer to get the tabs to clip home. The hose is too short as I cannot stand under the shower head. I am less than 6ft tall, so someone above 6ft should look elsewhere.

Shower head doesn’t tilt
Unfortunately, we don’t have a 3 metre shower so a shower head that can’t be adjusted is no good.

OK just product
Just bought and fitted this as a replacement for a mira. Needed to drill extra holes in the brackets as the pre drilled ones did not fit existing holes as the riser is not expandable. Found that one hole at each end was enough to give it a firm fixing. As mentioned by others the covers for the brackets took a lot of effort to get them to click back in. Others have mentioned the fact that the shower head was not adjustable so can only assume that triton have fixed the problem as mine certainly is easily adjustable up and down etc. otherwise it would be going back.Used the old round head screws instead of those supplied as it provides a much more secure fixing. Different sprays easy to adjust so rather pleased with that aspect so far. Although it is all plastic it does look quite smart once you get over the fitting problems.

tritonshower kit
OK, but shower hose is too short and I had to buy a longer one, quite difficult to fix sliding rail into brackets, in danger of snapping bracket

Bad product
Bought a brand name because I thought it would give quality, had to file the screw covers to make it snap fit, unable to change shower head angle only movement up and down. Wanted to take back but was committed with screw holes and time constraints rush job for daughter.

Non-adjustable
I saw old reviews suggesting that this product wasn't adjustable (shower head angle), but more recent ones didn't mention that so I thought the manufacturers must have adjusted the design, and went ahead & bought one. Bad call. Still not adjustable. Back to the shop with it. Useless.

Rubbish
It is not cheap but I bought this thinking it looked sturdy. IT ISN'T. It is made of chromed plastic. The bottom bracket snapped off, whilst I was fitting it, now I have an ugly hot melt glue attachment in the shower, will go elsewhere when I have time to replace it.
