poor and expensive manufacturer aftersales support
I bought this shower as an identical and direct replacement of the same make and model that had gone kaput. it just didn't work and the manufacturer looked for excuses not to visit or to charge to visit. they wanted to charge the same cost as the shower to come out to have a look. it was either boiling hot or cold and under powered. they insisted there must be something wrong with my water or fitting and wouldn't accept that it could be the shower itself. I had the house pressure checked by a plumber which was 3 bar, way above what it required. after getting very frustrated, I ended up buying another shower which worked fine.

Simple to use
I have fitted this shower myself, very easy if you follow the instructions, Very good shower. Just be aware that on all 10.5Kw shower units ,your mains fuse needs to be 45Amp or it will blow the fuse every time you switch it on, happened to me, then read the small print, upped the fuse rating and now the shower is perfect.

Worked intermittently then rubbish!
I bought this in April so have waited to leave a review. When it worked ok it was a good shower for the price. Unfortunately it has just stopped working properly delivering only a dribble of warm water.

A Great Shower
A great cheap shower, why pay more when this is perfectly good enough, it gives a great shower, water can be adjusted to what heat you want, only one spray pattern but you could put on whatever shower head you wanted, a powerful cheap shower.

I ordered my shower one day received the shower the next day which I was really pleased with,the shower has been in for one month now and it's great,looks really good and I love nothing better than jumping in washing the day away,take my advice if you want a shower pick this one it's well worth the money I paid

Water temperature unpredictable

Excelent value for money!
Brought this shower as old shower broke on me, Very happy with the new shower. Has good pressure and temperature and is great valve for money.
