Terrible
I have had this shower for just over 2 years. It in inconsistent in terms of flow and heat. It's either scalding or freezing. It is also incredibly temperamental for turning off. The push button gets stuck and requires a good bang on the side to get it moving. I agree with the other comments on here. The product is not fit for purpose.

Looks great but really Junk
I have had this 2 years. Had to call the Triton engineer twice. Once due to constant dripping which took them 3 visits to resolve and then had to replace the thermostat which has since failed again. Absolute JUNK.

nothing but trouble with this shower
Bought this shower less than 2 years ago - still under guarantee - had to call out engineers 4 times - same fault each time leaking from inside unit. engineer replaced shower this week - same problem immediately. coming again tomorrow. Never want to see this shower again - just ornamental as cannot use it!"

worst ever purchase
"DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!!!" as a plumber & heating engineer, i would never recommend this shower, i purchased 1 of these showers, installed it to the precise instructions supplied, but it consistantly leaked from internal workings, removed it and replaced it like for like THE SAME DAY. again the same issue????, had to wait 6 days to have it, REPAIRED BY TRITON, the day before it was due to be repaired, they rang to cancel, tried to make me wait a further 2 weeks, as parts were not available, clearly a product fault, that triton have failed to class as a product recall?????
