Sucking mechanism broke after a year
The filter and/or sucking mechanism broke after a bit more than a year, so the guarantee won't cover it. It now doesn't have much sucking power and makes an awful loud noise when on.

Good to vacuum bad to maintain
This is good and powerful vacuum but unless you have three hands and are an experienced engineer DO NOT attempt to remove the brush bar. Even with the manual it took 45mins and a lot of bad words to put it back together.

Extremely disappointed
It’s not quite 2years old and roller brush needs replacing again . This would now be the 3rd . Never had this repeating problem with any other vacuum cleaner . Were seriously thinking of putting our losses going for a different brand .

Very Disappointed
Really disappointed with this purchase. Other than the suction everything else about it is awful. The extension hose is impossible to use, as it’s fixed to the machine there is no flexibility or reach. The cord is too short. The photos are misleading and the tool supplied is poor quality.

heaviness
I live in 2floor flat and it is so tiring to carry this hoover to vacuum all flat. basically the suction is more than good but the case is you have move the all hoover rather than only hose as it is combined with the machine’s motor part. I had to get sick leave from my company as I had very backache. I dont know I can return this as I received this hoover 1 week ago.

Space saving and effective
I find the vacuum more than powerful enough, plus it has adjustable suction and a spinning brush that can be turned off if needed. It is light enough to carry upstairs and appears well made and quality. I miss the adjustable handle of previous model but not a big issue. The lead is a good length without being too long. I am happy with my purchase and have no regrets.

Nearly hoovered my whole leg up
Feels like it's going to suck the carpet off the floor. Have a shark cordless for day to day stuff, but when the carpets upstairs need a good going over I break out the Vax. Had it for 4 years and no issues. Only complaint is the hose could be longer. Defo recommend especially for the price.

The suction good but not the best for stairs
The suction is amazing but the hose for the stairs is so awkward to use also I’ve had to return twice as the spin at the bottom has stopped working and also this was in my warranty with vax I’m having to wait 5 days for a postage label to be sent out by the company then it will take another 5 days for them to decide what they are gonna do so in all 2 weeks absolutely ridiculous so next time I will defo not purchase again with this company
