This Vax Steam fresh steam cleaner features a 0.46L capacity tank. Cleans a variety of flooring as well as fabrics, ovens, taps and hard surfaces. It comes with Microfiber pad, carpet glider, metal brush, small plastic brush, large plastic brush, window or upholstery tool, window or upholstery cloth, scraper, concentration tool, grout brush detail nozzle, accessory bag, 250 ml steam detergent and on-board tool storage.

Won’t use another make
I’ve had a Vax machine for several years but it gave up the ghost I decided to get another one much like the same. I bought more or less an identical one. I was not disappointed. I have assembled the machine and used it and it gives my kitchen floor a good fresh clean.

Bought as replacement for same model as it had stopped steaming Only used soft water but still clogged up badly and you can't clean float section .cleaned out the rest and put vinegar mix through system to no avail.bought replacement water container still didn't work.not a good product for maintaining Had to replace new one working well but probably won't be something that will last long Flexibility good but really couldn't recommend one if you use it in hard water area

Disappointed
The detergent is not working, I used 2 tank with water but the detergent tank is still the same. Not working

Rather disappointed
I treated myself to this machine in preference to using a mop and bucket. So far, I’ve been disappointed. Being in my eighties, I found the print in the instruction book much too small and difficult to read which made grasping how to assemble and use the machine very difficult. By the time I actually got it to work, I felt I needed a degree in engineering! I will persevere and am hopeful of obtaining good results but would not recommend it unless you have someone to help you work out how to assemble and use it.

Heavy
The machine is too heavy and hard to push. The ball joint snapped after 6 uses. I tried to remove the head to replace but the fittings are too stiff to use if you are a little lady. Likewise the separate handheld attatchment is too heavy to use. Designed by big strong men no doubt. I am taking it to a charity shop - mop and bucket easier.

Great steamer, but I have a small issue
I bought this steamer to replace my old Vax Steam Fresh which I had for 9 years! The new one works just as well as the old steamer. It's a lot lighter and easier to switch to any of the hand held attachments. The only issue I have is when you are using it as a floor steamer, the cable clip below the handle doesn't hold the power cord, it just keeps falling out! Which is very annoying! Is it a bad design or do I have a dodgy clip? It would be 5 stars otherwise.

Disappointed
I bought this machine before Christmas 2024 and was really looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, the print in the instruction booklet is so small that I can’t read it or see the diagrams properly and have not yet been able to work out how to use the machine. Are the instructions online anywhere? I will probably have to return the machine if not. Please consider your older customers in future.I am 80.

Poor product
Had for 18 months now doesn’t work. Only used once a week . So not good value . Poor product that will break after the warranty has run out . Hard to work as well . Pushing on the button you have to use a lot of pressure to get it to work . Vax I thought better of you !

Failed after a year
Liked it while it worked ! 18 months old leaking water over the floor and not steaming ! Typical poor quality product . Did its year as guaranteed but that’s expensive to mop a floor once a week . Won’t buy again . Shame on you vax
