Leaked after about 20 uses. Don't buy!
I bought this hand spray about a month ago due to its solid metal construction, multinfunction and excellent low price. Without warning or much use the trigger valve rubber seemed to ooze out around the trigger pin and water oused out everywhere. Cant use it now without wet feet and cloths. I am taking it back.

Leaking badly after only a few uses!
Leaks through the trigger mechanism, so I end up with soaked feet when I try to use it. Only had it a couple of months and kept it clear of late frosts.

Total design failure
I've had this spray head for 3 months and the seals have failed. The poppet valve inside slides in a plastic sleeve and is sealed in place by a small and larger O ring. The off centre loads generated by the trigger are resisted by the small front O ring which quickly fails. This is a really good design of spray head but is completely ruined by such a poor mechanism. Don't buy until this is redesigned.

Rubbish Product
I bought this thinking the largely metal construction would ensure it was robust and last. It started leaking after a couple of weeks use. On inspection one of the seals had failed. Given the price, this a poor quality product not fit for purpose.

Poor quality
We bought 3 of these spray guns for our small nursery and all 3 of them dropped to pieces within weeks. Absolute rubbish - don't waste your money!!!!

Poor internal plastic components
I purchased this product thinking that the main component parts were brass and would be more durable, however the internal collar is plastic and as a result of mains water pressure the plastic thread has been stripped off, very disappointing

this product is rubbish
i purchased this product thinking as its made of metal it would be robust and long lasting however it dropped to bits within 3 months of purchase i did not keep receipt b and q said without receipt they would not do anything i asked for manufacturers phone number and was told they manufactured the product them selves and did not have a phone number so how do i claim for faulty manufacturing
