Basket plant container liner
Verve basket plant container liners are strong, easy to use/fit into basket & allow adequate drainage. Verve also do pre-moulded liners for flat backed half baskets, (usually fixed against wall rather than hanging basket): the latter available in 2 sizes. (Small birds also like these for their nests, although a few missing strands has little impact on the liners). These are much stronger than the green felt like liners which often shrink too, allowing earth to drop out over top.)

Sorry to say don't look very nice
Bought a 16 inch liner pack for my 16 inch wire hanging baskets - they aren't solid at the sides so you really see the liner. Unfortunately these don't look nice because they stick out where you have to fold one bit of liner on top of another. Reasonably priced but unsightly for the kind of basket that I have.
