Garlic is one of the easiest things to grow in your garden. The Cassablanca Garlic variety has a excellent flavour & can easily be grown in containers.

- Harvesting period: Summer
- Instructions for planting: Prepare the ground by forking it over, removing weeds and raking to leave a fine finish, Split the bulb in to individual pieces and plant in rows 15cm apart.
- After planting care instructions: Water and feed regularly, When the leaves have dried and turned yellow, dig up mature garlic bulbs and leave to dry on the ground for at least two days. Store in a dry and airy place.
