Bristles have worn down to nothing!!
Well, that didn't last long. I thought a good broom was a lifelong friend. Mine has been with me a few months and.. Well its bald!! What do they make 'em with badger hair!!! Useless.

Broke the first time it was used
B&Q very good at providing refund, no quibbles. Person at B&Q said I was the third person to return one of these on the same morning! Junk!

Rubbish fixture
Bought this last month. Still has bar code label on handle. Broke second time of use. Snapped at the bracket. Cheap nasty weak plastic. Why they don’t just use metal brackets I do not know. Many of these cheap plastics must snap after minimal use.

Broke within 2 mins of use.
This brush is absolutely terrible. It broke within two minutes of very gentle use. When I took it in to return it there are several other identical brooms exactly the same problem just been returned!

Useless brush
The brush uses a plastic thread to screw the wooden handle into the brush head. This means the thread breaks within minutes and your brush is only good for firewood. Can't believe b&q are still selling it. I returned it for a refund and the member of staff said 'they're all doing it.' Take it off the shelf then!!

Appalling
Broke within 10 minutes of getting it home. They know it's garbage, but carry on selling it.

Worst broom ever
This broom within a minute of minor usage. This is the second broom from b&q that broke so easily. Stunned that they are selling such a awful product as there was no other brooms in their Darnley Glasgow store.

Broke within 3 minutes
It broke within 3 minutes. Not even very tough work. It snapped where the handle joins the head. Flimsy plastic at the point of maximum pressure is just poor design.

Why are B&Q still selling this useless broom??
We've had the same problem as lots of reviewers - the broom head has no thread. People have been pointing out the problems for a long time now, and some returning the product to the shop (which is an incredible pain). I can't understand why neither B&Q nor Verve seem to be doing anything. I'd give zero stars if I could.
