Faulty product but great service
Unfortunately, this had a fault, and as I needed it in a hurry, I had to replace elsewhere. But customer service was superb. The product was delivered next day as promised at very reasonable cost and within an agreed delivery slot. Unfortunately, there was a serious fault, though it was clearly basically a good product with a one-off issue; but when I contacted them to explain this and say I'd had to replace elsewhere due to time constraints, they very promptly replied, apologised, gave a full refund processed online fast and without fuss, and (not that I could use it, but it saved time and hassle) let me keep the goods anyhow, rather than insist on return. Textbook example of the right way to put things right when they go wrong.
