It looks lovely and probably
It looks lovely and probably is great but I cannot find the paddle!! Either it was not in the box or it disappeared in all the xmas decorations. Here is a test: how can \I replace the paddle? I did ask yesterday and \I assume you received my email.

Machine is brilliant easy to clean and fairly quiet, the only criticism I have is that the instructions could have been a lot better, also recipes are a bit scimpt . Saying that I looked on YouTube and found better instructions and recipes, results The ice cream i must say is the nicest I've ever had 40mins after putting into the machine out it came and so smooth, great feedback off everyone that tried it

Disappointed
The ice cream maker worked brilliantly for the first few uses, after which the motor which turns the churn paddle stopped working…

Very happy
Very good little machine, makes nice and smooth ice cream. Delivery was fast, package arrived as specified. Instructions are a bit confusing. If you premix ingredients (which you typically do) you can just using the ice cream setting, job done. Overall super happy with my purchase, my waistline not so much haha

Really tasty ice cream
Really lovely smooth ice creams. A bit smaller than I thought it would be but so quick its easy to do two lots which means you can do two flavours with one mix. Having great fun with it and ice cream so tasty compared with shop bought.

Good machine but poor instructions
Having never used an ice cream maker before I didn't find the instructions very clear although I got there in the end. A small video on YouTube demonstrating how to use this model might have been useful. But the ice cream turned out fine.

Disappointed
Machine is fine but takes a long time. The instructions and recipe book are pretty pathetic, you need to do a lot of experimating and it’s quite expensive. The experience could have been a lot easier and cheaper winsome good instructions and a simple step by step guide.
