Cut to fit Piping?...
It's a great help that you sell these. It's a great design but I find the length of the pipe is too short. It needs to be longer so that the butt can be better positioned and the piping can be cut to fit...

Not complete, wrong fittings
I knew it as a cheap device but I didn’t expect it to be unusable. It was missing a sealing washer and the nut didn’t fit the connector.

Does the job
Could have a better instructions (eg say on the packaging what mm of downpipe it is compatible with), but overall a simple and effective way to fill a water but. Works well and easy to install once you get your head round it

I bought this kit this week (10/01/23) and found it very good. My tank is now full.

Useless
This didn't do the job . I fitted it we had a real downpour and this did nothing.Cheap tacky and not fit for purpose.Purchased an alternative elsewhere lovely full water butt the next downpour.

Clear, easy to follow instructions. Fits well, butt fills quickly when it rains. It looks neat now fitted. Unfortunately we have no plug for the other inlet hole on our butt so we cannot test the overflow ability of the diverter.
