Failed after 5 years almost starting a fire.
Only bought as was cheapest pump, not a smart move. Get a better high quailty one.

Just failed .......after 10 years
Looks like this pump has given very good service compared with other reviews. Just started created electrical smell and sparking... Shower not giving any water so pump has failed. Will bee looking for direct replacement as dimensions and linkage for this replacement model are identical.... so installation should be quick and cheap.... Very pleased with this pump..... if somewhat noisy, but probably due to having taken up carpets and left wooden floor... !!!

Really noisy even on a concrete slab
Easy to fit and connect up with push on plumbing, but it is incredibly noisy (worse that the wall mounted pump it replaced). I think I will have to look for another make

Easy to connect
Bought pump to use to pump low pressure water on a house abroad, it works great!

Good product at a reasonable price
Needed a pump over weekend, tried to find one of the same make as the failed one (Nabis). I ended up trying B&Q, as the only people, within sensible distance, that had stock, although it was a make I had not heard of. It turned out to be made by Grundfoss, very good manufacturer, although sold under Watermill name. Dimensions and appearance was almost identical to the one taken out , so it fitted straight in. Surprisingly, where the old one was frighteningly noisy, you have a job to hear if this one is working. Read the instructions, don't overtighten connections to the pump, as I did, or you will end up with a leak! Excellent pump, definitely recommend.

Just what I needed
Bought to replace existing pump that had been working regularly for 12+ years. Previous make seems to be no longer available so went with this one as price seemed good and Grundfos have been around a long time. Straightforward installation once I had replaced some faulty isolation valves in our system. All appears to be working nicely and no noisier than previous one. Just surprised that it didn't come supplied with an electrical cable! Perhaps that's the rules now! Anyway used the old one.

not happy
this is now 230V, so you don't use the old transformer, however this is not obvious as it doesn't come with a power lead. very frustrating trying to work out why it doesn't function, as i had used the transformer from the old unit. Just plug it into the mains and it works fine, a power lead would be a nice, and please make it obvious for us swapping an old unit for a new one.

Awful pump
Purchased the pump New Year's Day after my old one died after 10 years. Pump works after 5 minutes from turning the shower on, today waited 25 mins, so far. Pressure and temperature vary depending on what the pump wants to do. Stops working mid shower, very annoying. Also extremely noisy. Phoned the pump helpline. Cost will be £150 for an engineer if they don't find a fault. What the betting they don't?. Hopefully b&q will give a refund as this is an extremely poor piece of equipment.
