Installed this unit for an ensuite in my house years ago. In daily use ever since and no issues

Powerful
Bought it three years ago and has been really powerful and worked well, that is until two days ago when it just stopped. Really annoyed and shows its not really a reliable product so avoid. Also its almost impossible to remove the pipes from this pump so not the best of designing went into it.

Powerful pump but....
Bought this pump in October 2015. It was straightforward to install and I was able to enjoy showers with a good pressure. Located in a cupboard so noise not a problem. I have rated it overall as a 2 star because it has simply stopped working 17 months after installing. Trouble shooted it as per instructions but no sucess. Next step is to unattach pump , box it up and send to manufacture (as within two year guarantee) and hope It can be repaired. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed in its short term performance given the price I paid.

Quiet and easy to install
Having gone through 2 Salamander pumps which were noisier and leaked, this pump appears better made, brass not plastic. It is definitely quieter too.

Great pump
I bought this pump to replace an Aqualisa MC0340 which is a 3.4bar twin impeller pump. The Aqualisa pump is manufactured by Stuart Turner Ltd as is the Watermill. It looks to me like the identical pump!! The fitting was a doddle because all the connections are identical in size, height and position so no modification of pipework required. The pump works perfectly and is a little quieter than the old Aqualisa. Good value for money at just under £300 compared with about £500 for an Aqualisa.

Great Customer Service!
Just installed a replacement BP100D shower pump and received great customer service at my local branch from my initial reservation to collecting the pump 10 minutes later! The price was also over 30% cheaper than a well known nationwide plumbing retailer - result! Shower pump works great so peace is restored in a household of 3 x women!

Excellent, and very quiet
Had this installed a few weeks now and very pleased with it so far. It’s much quieter than the previous (plastic-bodied) pumps I’ve installed. Dearer than the plastic pumps, but very good quality and worth the money. Good, consistent pressure from the shower head. Previous pumps had 15mm pipe connectors, so this one with 22mm connectors needed some minor changes to fit. Overall, it's an excellent pump and to be recommended.
