NOT as described
Bought this mower as it stated it cut as low as 15mm but when it arrived it was 25mm, the supplier tried to tell us it was a mistake on the box but after cutting my lawn I new it was not cutting low enough.

Poor Paint Finish
I bought this on-line (Only available on-line) & I'm very disappointed with the paint finish. It really is very rough in parts & the paintwork has a dull appearance, but as it was cheap'ish and I'm only using it to cut the grass, I can live with it. However, I wouldn't have bought it if I'd seen it in the store. I always believed the Webb brand was good quality, but if they allow products to leave their factory like this, then I'd question the actual quality and that reputation.
