The multi-purpose Weber® GBS™ Oven Duo built for Gourmet BBQ System cooking grates to help give endless possibilities on the barbecue. The cast iron 6.8 litre Dutch oven provides even heat distribution and retention for tender roasts or flavourful soups and stews. A dual-function lid converting to a flat griddle that will toast sandwiches or perfectly cook chicken breasts and vegetables.

New grill pot and lid
Easy to clean. I think maybe I would like to have another one with the raised lines and slather but this one is great for now.

The Dutch oven was well made but way too heavy; we returned it.

Perfect Dutch oven.
This is a solid Dutch oven! The size is perfect, bigger than most, which make cooking easy for a crowd.

A very good accessory to have
The real deal- this thing weighs a ton! But that's what you want in real cast iron. Haven't used it yet but I can't wait to try it.

Recipes?
JMJ. Too early to tell as I’m still looking for Weber Recipes for it. I’m interested in Gumbo, Stew, Soup, Chili, Beans, etc. I’ve asked Weber Support with no reply. Will start my own I guess. Bought it for Football Tailgate get togethers.

Versatile and Durable
It's a hefty piece of equipment! We've used the lid as a griddle, but are waiting for cooler fall temps before we use the kettle. Fun to play with, that's for sure!
