Reaching new heights
It was great to finally get a foot on the ladder. Great quality and fast delivery

Good ladder, bad delivery.
The ladder is great. The delivery service was terrible. It didn't arrive the next day, nor the following Monday. In fact it arrived on Tuesday, and was dumped in our front garden without any notification or even a knock at the door. Considering this is a highly valuable and stealable item, this simply isn't acceptable.

Very well made but heavy
Required a long but stable extension ladder to reach apex of house roof. This is an extremely well made and really stable unit due to the wide bar on the bottom and chunky rubber feet so I felt secure even at 10Mtrs. It is also easy to make it into an A frame ladder if you cannot lean it against anything. It is however very heavy and requires careful transportation, manoevering and extending. I can foresee the ladders being used for lots of outdoor work around the house and garden and they will last a lifetime.
