Oversized stabiliser bars
Don't be confused by the width of the "feet" as described in an answer to a question on this page. The actual width of the ladder including stabiliser bars is around 75cm which I have found far too big for the majority or ordinary staircases and corridors where I have tried to use it. These bars seem incredibly outsized even for a safety feature and they rather neglect the idea of this being "compact" for internal use. Also, they make it a real pain to lug around houses as the bars catch on and knock everything. Well built, but disappointed with the stabilisers, and so have had to return to store as I can not use it for what it was purchased for.
