Quality peat free compost
I've bought other brands of peat free and been extremely disappointed with the quality - a slopy mess. No issues with this. Used to pot on my tomato seedlings and they have flourished.

Disappointed
I bought a few bags of this to use for growing veg in pots. I had it unloaded straight into my garage. I could barely move the bags as they were do wet. They left puddles on the garage floor. I opened one and it stinks sour. I didn't want old stock for spring growing. I'm very dissatisfied.

Useful addition to garden soil
I did expect this product to be more like peat in texture & felt that it was quite loose on its own, having to be used more as a way of complementing my garden soil.

Bad quality from B&Q
I bought a few bags from B&Q and a few from my local plant centre. Although they were the same bags, the ones from the garden centre were miles better. B&Q must be buying second and quality compost (the price at my local garden centre was the same) and the quality was soo much better. The one from B&Q had stones in, whereas the one from the garden centre was stone free. And that with all 4 bags from both shops.
