Like a small jumbo jet
I bought this fan last night. Very quick and easy to put together. The speeds are awesome with the lowest speed giving great coolness. The highest speed feels like you are standing at the propellers of an aeroplane and really cool you down. My only issue is, the noise sounds like you are standing at the airport, on the runway. How people can say it is silent is beyond me. My TV volume is very high tonight. If you want a quiet night, this isn't for you. If you want to be nice and cool regardless, go for it. I'm still happy with my purchase but I might limit use to bedtime with earplugs

Dissapointed
Timer doesn’t work and the fan stand turned an awful nicotine yellow after several months .we are a non smoking household and the although the actual fan is good it looks an eyesore. Paid full wack as well.

Defective - timer function does not work
These are cheap because the timer function does not work, i bought 2 from warrington, neither have a workign timer function, not impressed

Blyss fan is BLISS in this heat
Bought two of these in the current heatwave, believe me this fan is wonderful! Its huge, settings are powerful and the timer is a great idea (even though for the past two nights its been on constantly. I'm surprised it hasnt sold out - but happy to now see it in the sale - I might get one for work!

An Absolute Bargain
I was a little skeptical at this price that it would be anything more than some cheap and shoddy piece of tat. I was so wrong. It is a well made, robust and handsome piece of kit. Although speed 2 and 3 may be a bit redundant unless you fly kites or own a glider. It's powerful enough on 1. I'm exaggerating of course, but it is not lacking in umph. I was also blown away by the friendly and helpful staff at the Washington branch. A breath of fresh air. Enough of the windy references! If this breaks I will buy one cheerfully at full price. I am coloured impressed.

Highly recommend
Definitely buy this cheap fan because you won't be disappointed. It's much better quality than similar priced fans. It's very quiet and powerful even on the lowest setting!

Great fan for large spaces. Serious power
I bought for my bedroom but is too powerful for my small room even on the low setting. My fault. However it is a serious fan for any large area. Blade spin sound is average and the motor is very quiet. It is so powerful it would likely fly a kite :) very good value for money. Bulid assembly couldn't be easier and is quality too. No clicking on turning either. Definitely my biggest fan

It’s my biggest fan.
It’s been great for the year that I’ve owned it so far, the level of air it moves for how quiet it is, is great and has not shown any issue with being on constantly.
