I returned this item because it had to be either wall fixed or raised from the floor and this wasn’t clear in the website description.

Smart Little Radiator.
Wanted this heater for our drying room. Its not to power-large, its 1KW. Hanging it on the wall was a pig. Instructions are very poor and radiator markings are nil. However, after a lot of measuring and marking it was up. Cable is short I had to extend it using a junction box. I used a 2-pole switch with a 5A fuse. Once you get your head round the menu its fine. Thought it wasn't working at first when it was on boost but it takes about 10-15mins to heat up. Once its hot its good and hot. Put a 3mm radiator reflective fabric behind it. Am happy with it. Just watching the smartmeter now....

Excellent radiator
Bought one of these for my outdoor home office. Simple to install and relatively easy to program. I’ve got it setup to warm late overnight using reduced rate electricity and so it is warm when I start in the morning. Can be configured with different weekend temperature so very useful as stand alone device.

Efficient heater
Bought a 3 of them last year and I’m very happy with them. They are very efficient and once they reach the set temperature they keep it using a fraction of the energy. Working from home I had mine running for 12 hours and you would expect to use 12kw, but it actually used just 3.7kw. You can check how electricity have been used daily, monthly, yearly. Totally programmable according to your needs.

Bought three. They don't always turn on within programmed window. All stopped working after 1.5yrs.

Instructions difficult to follow
The appliance keeps returning to Eco mode which means it heats all the time. Following instruction book is complicated and Eco mode won’t turn off. Installing it onto the wall and hard wiring was easy in comparison to trying to program the heater. Regret buying it now.

Just sits there silently and works.
It's around a year since I bought a 1kw model, and it has just sat there, maintaining the set temperature accurately and silently. And it looks good to my eyes. Initial setup did fool me - when first installed, my room settled to 2°C below the set temperature, and it took me a while to realise that I had to set the temperature offset at -2 (how the room compared with the temperature setting) rather than +2 which I initially assumed incorrectly would boost the room temperature relative to that set. There are lots of programming options, but I choose not to use them, having learned years ago that, surprisingly, maintaining a sensible constant temperature was the most efficient.
