Projects too far
Great looking. Seems quality product. However was intended for a pair of rebated doors and the handle projects out so far that it bashed against the other door when closing. therefore could not use...any one want them?

gone down hill
I bought 5 sets of door knobs and after opening them I found 3 sets tarnished and unusable, I then ordered 9 more sets online only to find 1 set damaged, this unfortunately has been a similar story with all my resent purchases from B&B, they've gone down hill.

Tricky to fit
I bought these to match some existing ones in a house we had just bought. They are attractive, which we already knew, but actually fitting them in place is not easy. I wouldn't recommend trying it unless you are quite experienced in such things. The lack of instructions in those I purchased did not help.

Do not buy these poor quality unusable door knobs
I bought online 8 sets of the 03409565 Mortice Knobs white gold . Six of those that arrived were corroded and the gold had come off or was just brown . When I contacted my local store they said they had four in store however after checking they came back and said two of their four were also corroded despite being on display . It would seem that no one checks quality when sending items out as this corrosion was clearly visible . It would also seem that they should be discontinued as it would appear impossible for B and Q to replace them with others that are not corrupted .
