A real pain to assemble

There were two sizes given for this item on the website which wasn't a good start - and the size on the box said it was 40cm wide whereas it is actually 60cm. It was very awkward to assemble. The shelves are held in place by bolts which need an Allen key to screw them into place. The Allen key provided had a burred end and did not fit the bolts. Then screwing the bolts into place was difficult as there was no space to turn the Allen key so screwing the shelves into place was slow and difficult. The nuts into which the bolts fit are already fixed into the uprights and one was damaged so the bolt didn't fit. I had to work round this by putting a rawlplug into the hole and using a screw to fix the shelf. When assembled the unit is attractive and the shelves are useful sizes but the unit is flimsy (because if it's nature) and I think would be easily damaged if moved carelessly. I'm not dissatisfied with it as it does the job required but I wouldn't buy another.
