Quality product, easy to fit and works well
Needed to replace a lock and this was the correct size. Easily changed the from left hand to right hand opening. Solidly build and exudes quality.

Easy 5lever lock fitting
Packaging detail helped me to identify the exact lock I required. Easy to follow instructions allowed me to replace an old lock in less than 10 minutes and I’m no DIY expert either. I’ve saved on an expensive locksmith callout charge, but am confident high level of security is maintained. Brilliant!

Exact replacement for one that failed.
Bought the original less than 2 years previous. Husband had to break in to our own home after the key started spinning in the lock, then had to grind the lock out once inside (at least it was secure!). Had to replace like-for-like due to having no time to start changing lock position etc. Hope the replacement fares better and that the original was just a 'Friday afternoon' manufacturing issue. Expected better from Yale.

SAFETY AT HOME
Just moved into new house and changed the old locks for these which are much more secure. Feel safer now

The lock is installed
The lock is working well I only had a 3 lever lock and I have replaced it with the 5 lever for added security. Excellent service too.

Robust
Nice positive action lock. Was replacing a 2 lever lock of another manufacturer. Handle hole and closure tang were perfectly positioned to align with existing holes in door from the previous lock. I found one problem - the lock cover plate fouled the locking tang. It was very flimsy and could have been distorted so I just left it off as it is purely decorative. I will get round to realign it but will leave that job until the warmer weather!
