EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY
I bought this as a replacement for the same make and model purchased some 14 years ago. The new one is very flimsy and lightweight in comparison, the internal handle has a hollow inner face that is uncomfortable to use unlike the rounded one on the original. The internal screws supplied with it were tight fitting in their threads and the metal was soft, the cross heads stripped out before they could be tightened down, fortunately the old ones from the original lock were exactly the same size and fitted perfectly. The brass plating is so thin that it looks silver with warm LED lighting.

Heavy Latch, Gold Wears Easy
+ Easy to fit + Can be deadlocked from the inside - Due to the size of the latch require the door to be shut with more than desired force rather than a gentle close. - After a couple of days usd the gold colour already worn where the latch strikes the staple.

Very sturdy heavy duty lock
So happy with look and quality of lock, considering if I will change other locks on rental properties, other doors at my own house and at my office.
