Handle goes up and down
The handle goes up and down and the door opens and closes - that in my book is a success. My only complaint is I had to buy a complete set when the minimum I needed was the internal spring box and the maximum I needed was one handle.

Photo Of Handle Not Correct
Nice quality handle but please be aware that if your lock body is not flush with the internal face of your door the internal handle will not fit flush to the door as the bottom fixing hole has a raised surround/collar with strengthening webs and not just a hole as shown in the items photo. Will have to try and cut out the bracing webs to male it fit flat to door. Unable to return as destroyed the plastic packaging removing the handles to fix.

Good value product
I purchased these to replace a badly worn and tatty handle. I agree with the previous comment. After a small amount of tweaking to make the holes line up, which was pretty basic. They fitted and looked very smart.

Good value for money.
Bought these handles after the old ones were damage. Some minor tweaking to make them fit. They look really smart. I would have given it five stars if I didn’t need to tweak the item to fit my door.

Awful
I bought these handles today after consulting staff at local store to be advised they were universal filtting! Clearly not after drilling and wrecking my front door to try and make it fit!!
