Terrible service from B & Q
- This lock arrived in a package that had been opened and was roughly wrapped back together with tape. - The latch was backwards; I had to take the lock apart and re-set it so it could be used. - The screws that came with the lock are a different colour and ruin the whole look of the lock. The lock basically looked like something that had been on open the warehoue floor for a while and somebody put the various bits together, wrapped it up in tape and sent it off! Terrible service

Perfect Fit
Bought this to replace an old lock on a house we just moved into. After chiseling the right groove for it to sit, it closed perfectly and even better than the last one!

Great as a replacement
Very pleased with purchase. Rush buy, as old lock had suddenly fallen apart! Clear instructions, very simple to fit (even hubby managed in super quick time!!) Looks good and does the job

Sturdy and easy to fit
Fitted this in 30 minutes. 32mm drill bit essential, plus a decent chisel; doesn't need a great deal of expertise. Peace of mind now with a decent lock.
