Poor quality product
Poor quality product. Less than a month after purchase, the lock is broken and the window cannot be opened after locking it.

worse handle ever
worse handle ever bought it 3 weeks ago. install it and once I have closed the window couldn't open it any more the lock has collapsed after first use! I have to pay a professional to remove it, costs me ten times more than the original price!!!!! do not waste your money

Poor quality
Looks good, but very cheap quality plastic locking mechanism broke on first use. Thought it might be one off, so returned to store for replacement, but the second one’s locking mechanism didn’t function at all. Annoyingly only one key too.

Only 1 key
This handle only came with 1 key and no key cutters can cut a spare key due to Yale bespoke key. Dont purchase!

Poor quality
Lock was sticking on existing window handle. Bought this as replacement. Checked locking mechanism on leaving store. However, on arriving home locking mechanism didn't work. Mechanism looks very fragile, piece of plastic fell out of lock. Also check existing spindle cross section. This may not be suitable replacement for all existing window handles. Returned for refund. Quality control leaves much to be desired.
