Rubbish
key would not work in handle. Took it back to shop and had id replaced. Second handle key did not work!! Gave up. Would not buy again.

Button too hard to push
The button is too hard to push and the key socket wasnt smooth enough. Had paid for £13 sth but the quality was not proportionate to what the price I paid for. Not recommmend this product. Buy else brand.

Bought lock to replace broken lock, perfect replacement and locks well, just a different key to the old one.

Only for use on UPVC windows
Nowhere on the web page does it state this product is only for UPVC, I wasted my time and effort getting 2 of these for timber windows.

Useless
I bought this to replace an identical one that had broken in a short time. Hope this one wil last longer. probably not as Yale quality is now poor. The new one didn't even have a key in the pack. Fortunately, because the one I was replacing was relatively new the key fitted both locks. I shall be looking for other brand window handles in future as am very disappointed in Yale.

Locking mechanism broke before I had a chance to fit it or put the key in,well done Yale keep up the reputation, I'll avoid any of your products in future

Easy to fit
Purchased to replace a broken handle. Took 5-10 minute to fit. Really happy and will purchase more to replace the other loose handles I have.

I bought this handle as a replacement for an origin that had corroded. The handle was easy to fit and looks better than the original.
