Pan lids
A pan lid also knows as a pot lid or cover is usually flat or domed and it’s designed to fit over the top of a pan or pot. Pan lids are used to cover the food during cooking which helps to trap the heat and moisture and prevent the food from drying out. They come in a variety sizes, shapes and materials. Some pan lids have a small vent in the top to allow steam out.
