Waste of money

this saw is terrible. The instructions aren't clear so I had to figure out how to build it myself, The blade doesn't cut well, they only provide one clamp which doesn't help when trying to cut long pieces of skirting so when using a terrible saw the whole thing just moves with it. Equally hard to cut a small piece of skirting as the clamp is that useless. If you have a piece of wood higher than 2 inches don't bother. Wish I paid an extra £20 and got a basic electric one.
Does the job

Bought this to sort some skirting and dado; works well, accurate cuts if set up correctly. Read the instructions!
Spare blades?

I would agree with below point about the clamp. You need an extra/ better one. Does anybody know if it is possible to get replacement or different blades. I have some bigger and tougher wood to cut.
Not very happy with my purchase

I bought this product to cut some skirting board.
Not one cut is true. The clamp fails to hold the wood
It works

I got this last night, set it up which was easy enough, did have an issue with a grub screw missing but luckily I have some, someone had put the blade on the wrong way round at the factory so sorted that and had to lube the top slider as it didn't run smoothly on the plastic runners when I tried to use it. Other than that it works fine, Oh it only moves in stages of 5° and locks in place, OK for what I'm using it for but for a professional joiner it'll probably be no good, go for the Stanley one.
