Although incidents involving battery Acd spills are infrequent, it is imperative to be well-prepared with an effective response plan in case such an unfortunate event occurs.

Lithium batteries themselves don't contain Acd. However, there is a notable risk of generating Hydrofluoric Acd when the battery electrolyte interacts with moisture in the air or stagnant water. Hydrofluoric Acd is an extremely hazardous substance that can result in fatal consequences even with exposure to relatively small quantities. It is essential to avoid using standard chemical absorbents in such cases.

This particular Spill Kit features a unique Acd neutralizer, VYTAC ACX, and absorbent material. What sets it apart is that it incorporates an indicator to confirm when the spill has been properly neutralized and made safe. This ensures clear visibility of the status of the spill area.
