WORKS TO PERFECTION
Excellent product. Be careful with your measurements before purchase if you are replacing a previous.

Best toilet seat yet
I could not be happier. This seat has four points of contact with the toilet. This makes it very stable and fitting it was very easy. A good product.

Poor quality
I've not had the seat for long and the paint has already started to chip off giving it a cheap look. I've bought another one too replace it. Wouldn't recommend it

This product is not great
I bought this product and it's poor quality and not value for money. Started to scratch already. Cheaper similar item better than this product

Not truly quick release.
I purchased this, as I needed to replace one with a cracked lid. This one appealed, as it feels nice and solid and the information in the store led me to believe that it was a quick release model, making cleaning easier. Out of the box, I found the instruction sheet too small, so that the illustrations, were hard to follow, even using a magnifying glass to view them. The installation went easily enough, and the seat was soon solidly in place. The greatest disappointment was to find that the so called quick release wasn't something that could be done with the press of a button, but requires the use of the supplied, fiddly little hex-key to undo two small grub screws; one in each hinge base, to release a couple of short square lugs. As it was, there are four possible front to back positions available when fitting the seat and it was only because the one I needed to use required reversing the hinge bases that the grub screws ended up facing the front. In the normal two positions, the screws are at the back, facing the tank, making them even harder and more fiddly to get at. In my book, the use of tools to release something does not qualify for the term quick release and in practice, the seat will remain fixed. I have to say that in such an expensive seat, this is a pretty Heath Robinson sort of arrangement and as I don't like being misled (both by the information on the box and by the information display in the store, that I will give this product only two stars. By the way, I notice that in the information with this product on this website, quick release isn't mentioned.

Poor quality
Went for a higher priced toilet seat thinking it would be quality but sadly not. The black hinges are damaged in under three months I believe it’s a manufacturing fault. There is a two year warranty with this product but I wouldn’t recommend it.
